In endeavouring to ensure the quality and reliability of our products, we are committed to providing our customers with technical advice and assistance. Customers can access to either our technical or sales and marketing teams through email, telephone. 
 
Warranties and Repairs
Warranties
EM Solutions' product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of shipment. Repairs performed by EM Solutions are guaranteed against defects for a period of ninety (90) days after date of shipment. During the warranty period, defective product will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Warrantities shall not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate maintenance by the customer, unauthorised modification or misuse and operation outside the environment specifications for the product or improper site preparation or maintenance.
 
Repairs
For warranty service or repair, the product must be returned to EM Solutions' Brisbane Office.
 
Our Commitment
EM Solutions shall endeavour to despatch from our Brisbane office, all repairs which do not require the purchase of parts or repair by a third party within 14 days of receipt of module. A Fault Report shall be issued with every repair.
 
Codan Support
 
EM Solutions offer product support for the following CODAN (MITEC) equipment. Support includes repairs application advice and system troubleshooting.
