EM Solutions engineering and manufacturing teams have a combined total of over 600 years’ experience working on microwave and RF products and systems that are engineered to order for customers. EM Solutions is a vertically integrated company, with its R&D, Design and Engineering, Manufacturing, and Support teams housed in the one facility. Our Engineering Services team is able to respond more rapidly than most other teams in developing products specific to your needs, because many can be based on our pre-existing extensive product range.

Although we advertise a broad range of our most commonly requested products, if you have specific requirements not covered, chances are that we will still be able to tailor an existing RF or microwave design in the 1 – 40 GHz frequency range to satisfy them. Our most sophisticated systems, such as our Ka-band satellite on the move terminal, or our Ku-band E1000 microwave radio link, prove our expertise not just in microwave circuits, but in developing complex electromagnetic antenna feeds, digital signal processing, filtering and demodulation, firmware control, and mechanical control and design as well. Many of our customers with specific subsystem or system needs have worked together with our engineers, in our headquarters facility, to breadboard their proof of concept ideas prior to progressing to prototype specification and engineering.

Our Engineering team would be happy to provide an indication of non-recurring design charges, including laboratory use as required, and project manage development of your order through proof of concept, prototype, and into production – whether it is still an idea or already a design specification.
