Céline Toussaint, who is originally from France, started at EM Solutions in August 2021 as an Office Manager, bringing a strong background from her previous roles in recruitment, accounts, and administration. She was responsible for keeping the office running smoothly as well as providing HR, marketing and administrative support.
In May 2022, Céline was promoted to the HR Manager role to fully manage recruitment activities, maintain staff benefits programs as well as developing HR strategies, policies, procedures across the organisation and handling employee relations.
