John Wright joined the EM Solutions team in 2018 as a Mechanical Design Engineer, contributing towards the development of several products ranging across discrete RF modules, the Cobra and King Cobra Systems, and a satellite transceiver payload currently operating in low earth orbit. As part of the SEA1442-Ph5 project, John moved into a Systems Engineer and later Engineering Manager position, leading the technical delivery throughout the development phase of the project.
Moving into the Chief Engineer role in August of 2025, John is responsible for the management and delivery of engineering design, technical governance and configuration management across the full EMS product suite.
