Electro Optic Systems (ASX:EOS) has agreed to acquire space communications company EM Solutions Pty Limited.
EM Solutions CEO Dr Rowan Gilmore today announced

“For the Australian Defence Force, the new entity provides an even stronger sovereign capability in future communications capability.
