We had not one, but two wins at the Australian Defence+Industry Gala hosted by Rove McManus and Claire Hooper last week!
For our work implementing our Cobra terminals on its Cape class vessels, together with the Royal Australian Navy we won the Minor Acquisition (under $50M) category of the 2018 Australian Defence and Industry Awards. This collaboration had its own set of unique challenges which were overcome during the course of the project. Special mention to the Defence CASG (Capability Acquisition and Sustainment) team for their hands-on support throughout the project!
The highlight of the evening was winning the coveted Essington Lewis Award for best project undertaken by a small business. All industry finalists are eligible so we were surprised and delighted by the win. Definitely a memorable night and we would like to congratulate all the finalists and winners!
