With a background of over 20 years of continuous service – no technology is unfamiliar or too hard for us. Many of our contracts with aerospace and defense system integrators require us to manage obsolescence so we are familiar with a multitude of systems, components and configuration control.
The East Coast Australian-based technical support centre, located with our manufacturing facility, provides rapid turn around of product sent for repair together with comprehensive fault diagnosis and test documentation.
Contracted repairs and maintenance are performed by the same technicians and assemblers who undertake EM’s initial assembly and manufacture. In some cases the exact person who built your products could be maintaining them! The added benefit of a maintenance contract with EM Solutions is that engineers are on tap! The in-house engineering team can assist with complex trouble shooting of any product, plus we keep our own stock of parts to enable ready availability.
