Rhys Holmes is an experienced operations leader with more than 13 years’ experience across advanced manufacturing and engineering operations, supporting aerospace, defence and motorsport customers. Beginning on the factory floor at PWR Advanced Cooling Technology, Rhys rapidly progressed through senior leadership roles, overseeing high-complexity manufacturing operations and leading large, multidisciplinary teams.
He brings broad experience across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, safety and workforce development within highly regulated environments playing a key role in PWR’s achievement of AS9100D accreditation. Rhys’s experience is also complemented by a strong track record of business transformation, international expansion and capital investment involvement.
Rhys holds an MBA specialising in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and, as Operations Director, is focused on strengthening EM Solutions’ operational capability, driving performance and supporting ongoing sustainable growth.
